Love it! We like eating nasturtiums - plus I adore rose flavour, and would use rose petals far more if I had availability to edible ones, but mostly rely on syrups and jam. I like dusting them in edible gold dust for cake decorating.

how do you prepare your rose petals? I tried sticking htem in jello but it didn't turn out well.. I think I'll just toss them onto salads.

I also tried dandelions this spring.
