Other
Ken Hom's Asian Ingredients

and i will also add :
Chez Pani Vegetables. provided the recipient promises to answer me when i need to look up the typically one thing i use in that book a year.

please note: these have been in a dusty, cat and dog filled house of NON smokers.  some of these books are nearly pristine, some are.. uh.. well loved? and a few apparently attract cats.  all of them are intact and usable.

since i am really lacking funds at the moment, either you can pay for shipping.. or arrange to pick them up at an event or something, but you MUST tell me to bring them, because i dont usually bring my cookbooks, ok?
