This weekend, gardening, books, yarn, etc
lets see... the newest "limited edition" Tofutsies sock yarn has shipped out, i wont have it in time for this weekend (Ecumenicon) but will have it for ICON i hope.
after i get back from this weekend i will be starting a Fiesta Yarn Sale.. so please do me a favor and look at the yarns available and pick out what you want. for the sale (Wholesale) prices you MUST order in bags of four...all the same color and type of yarn.
My favorite plant fertilizer is back in stock (yeah!) its TerraCycle, an organic fertilizer made from worm poo. its fully organic, OMRI listed and Zero Footprint certified. that stuff kept a Boston fern alive for two years in my house... Home Depot carries it, or you can order from the company. its good for most houseplants and food plants.
One of my orchids isnt doing well, i suspect not enough light. must try to fix that
i am leaving for Ecumenicon today. i will have to leave the convention early (that is i wont be there Sunday) because i am going with my parents to the Orchid show/sale at Longwood Gardens on Sunday. but i will be there Today through Saturday. so will
tchipakkan , and Jane Sibley, and many others....i will be taking a lot of my books to give away ( see bookcrossing for details, or
bookcrossing ).
and i just got my re stock on corsets. so i should be all stocked up for Ecumenicon and ICON.
