Strep Throat Vaccine?

A Strep Throat Vaccine may be available soon (soon in medical lingo usually means sometime this decade or so). For those of us who have suffered through numerous bouts of strep throat, it cannot come too soon. i, personally , will be counting the minutes.
oh, and please note that the Strep Throat Vaccine in proposal may also protect against Rheumatic fever, a disease with devastating consequences. Apparently they are related, which i didnt know.......
