AAA 2
*Since i so desperately want to watch AAA 2 either in Shanghai or Taipei, i have been trying to gather as much info i can about how to get tickets and the price.
My parents haven't exactly allowed me to go and i'm not really sure if they eventually will but i'm still trying my best to convince them and my brother (who i hope will take me).
AAA 2 in Shanghai:
- this website is open for booking Arashi con tickets. Since the date hasn't been finalized along with the price, you can only book/reserve and leave your contact info then they'll contact you when the tickets are available.
i asked them if they deliver tickets overseas and their reply (thank goodness they replied) was:
"Dear Sarah:thank u for ur support !sorry we can not send the tickets overseas.if u come to beijing earlier we can send the tickets to ur hotel.u should pay the fee firstly .we will leave the ticket for u.or we can not leave it.if u have any question pls fell free to call us 4008101887. "
So, i guess you can book and pay but then you'll have to wait until you get to China to get your tickets? I'll ask them to clarify this.
AAA 2 in Taipei:
- i haven't gotten any info on this yet. I emailed ERA tickets asking them if they were going to sell Arashi con tickets and if so, the price and date of availability. I haven't received a reply yet.
- Ticket sales are expected to start Mid July.
Other info:
- while looking for how much the Arashi con tickets were during their first Taiwan con, so that i had an idea of the ticket price, i looked through Aibakaland's archive of Arashi news. I didn't find out how much the Taipei ticekts were but someone posted the price of the Korean tickets when they held a con there in 2006.
Tickets sold for 88 000 Won = 85-90 USD = PHP 3800 (these are rough approximates depending on the exchange rate). And so with that, i'm expecting the tickets to be around this price or a little higher since the price above was two years ago.
I'll be updating this post whenever i get new info. If you have new info about how to get tickets, please share. thanks.
