yet again, addicted!
So I got a job waitressing at Santorini's on Seneca Tpk. It's alright, but I need...NEED... another job seeing as in they aren't putting me on the schedual AT ALL this week, which sucks BIG ASS TIME because we NEED the money. I'm going to go look for a full time job, I don't care if it's in retail or something like that, just as long as it's full time so that way Rich and I can maybe get ahead seeing as in I have to start paying back student loans soon and I have almost no money to be able to do that! GRRRR
Sunday Rich and I ended up going apple picking for my mom and dad. We had wanted to go with Katie, Sarah, and Amanda, but Sarah and Amanda couldn't go and then Sunday morning it was raining when we woke up and Katie called and we decided not to go since she's been sick....THEN mom asked if we'd be willing to drive out and get some apples anyways since we were all out since she made apple crisp the other night (yum). When we got there the sun had come out and I asked Rich what he wanted to do and he wanted to pick apples so thats what we did. It was fun.
We're slowly getting organized. I wish you could just snap your fingers and have things organized...like with our life. If we could just snap our fingers and have things organized then he'd have his permanate residency, we'd both have full time jobs and we'd be more prepared for the future.
We (Rich and I) went to see the movie Flighplan with my cousin on Friday. It was...good, the beginning was very...idk, it seemed like there was stuff missing from it. Rich and I on Monday went to see Just Like Heaven. It was good. We enjoyed it.
So Saturday I had a wicked off night at work. it started because I guess I took someones station. Now I've only been waitressing for maybe 5 nights, and stations had never been explained to me, and the girl who "trained" me is the one whose station I took. She said that we'd just switch stations. I asked her if she just wanted to switch parties and she said no we could just switch stations for the night...OK. Then the owner comes in and she goes and bitches to the owner that I took her station. WTF! I would have switched parties. Then she came up to me and said that the owner switched our stations back. Ok, no big deal. So I asked her to explain stations...which she really didn't do, but oh well. So i go back to my station, and the owner comes up and tells me that if I clean off the tables she'll put more people back there...ok, so the girl who had done a party in my station didn't clear off her table, annoying, but whatever. Then the owner seated 4 parties at the SAME TIME! Which gave me no time to do anything. Needless to say it was hectic, and I got annoyed, but I just pretended that my sweet party earlier in the night was there, and I tried to grin and bear it.
OK I'm going to go. I didn't mean for this to be this long...whoops.
