This is the planet we live on, if we don't start taking care of it, it will devour us and reset itself. It only takes small steps by a large group to make a huge difference. I just keep doing what I can and know some other's that are doing the same. Hopefully this is better than nothing.
hopefully, but is it too little too late, with extreme weather seeming to be already upon us, high fuel prices, high food prices, shortages of things, animals becoming exndangered or extinct it amamzes me about the lack of action of behalf of the people that can really make a difference, ie large companies and governments, we can do what we can but i am sure there are scams around where our recycling goes and stuff like that, it is a bleak outlook.
but on some level, I have to keep the hope alive, and keep doing as much as I can and try getting all those I know in my life to do the same. one thing at a time, makes me feel better than not doing anything...
I loved living in England because I didn't even own a car, I walked everywhere or used public transport, I shopped at local markets, a few very good 'green' things to do. harder over here, things are so far apart, no local markets etc.
