i have long been a fan of the flavor of morel mushrooms. And every spring I tell myself that this is the year I am going to go hunting for the elusive fungi. Before I know it, summer is here and I missed my chance to get out and look for them. So I guess its back to the dehydrated variety until next year

They do not look pretty. I like the ones in cans you get for 59 pennies!!
