Troy spent all day yesterday on a front loader/bobcat tearing up dead trees and shrubs. Today he's starting the fence around our property. He's so cute. He's having so much fun. The kids are helping him by dragging stuff to the burn pit. Nathan actually got to use the chainsaw (with supervision). They are preparing the back acreage for cows. Then our new neighbor came over and wanted to know if they could have a gate between our properties so when he gets cattle both ours and his can free roam the back. Men are so darn cute. Its spring here and beautiful out and our neighbors (mainly the guys) are all out working on their property. Troy comes in and keeps hugging and kissing me. He's pretty stinky, too, covered in dirt and smelling like deisel. Yet, it turns me on, too. LOL

We were looking into adoption recently. We love our kids and they're so much fun! So we were thinking since we have a lot of love to give that maybe we should adopt. Well, its a very frustrating process. The only kids its seems we are able to adopt abuse others or are so severely mentally handicapped that they would live with us their whole lives. I just don't have what it takes to be the mom to a child like that and I won't bring a child that could hurt my kids in this house. We could adopt (read buy) a child oversees or here for $20,000+. Its really frustrating and I don't have much hope for it now. Makes me sad.

I need to go weed my flower bed. I see my neighbor from my window and she wants me to come get her extra perrenials. I think I'd rather lie in bed today with a book but its unlikely that will happen . . .
