My Present for US Air
My experience with US Air recently was less than stellar, including losing bags both directions, getting in hours later both times, bad customer service in the airports, etc. This 5 minute excerpt is a recording of my over 30 minutes experience of waiting for them to pick up the phone, filling my ear with advertisements. I think this excerpt really says it all. I will be sending the full version to them soon.
