After 6 hours of footwear training last night, I can damn near promise you that:
You probably are wearing the wrong size shoe.
You are probably a pronator, with which I can help you.
Most of the population:
Does not know his/her true shoe size.
Does not accomodate for foot elongation and swelling, or sock type when wearing shoes or boots.
Couldn't tell you what pronation is, even though he/she probably has it. It's when your ankle rolls in, thus minimizing or flattening your foot arch. 80% of the population pronates. the other 20% either are neutral (great arch support) or suppinate (ankle rolls outwards). If you suppinate, you've probably already been told.
The 10% that possibly could tell you are either podiatrists, avid runners, or have such fucked up feet that they see podiatrists regularly.
