I'm getting so fucking irritated with scene kids now a days.

Stop thinking you're better than everyone because you go to local shows.
Seriously, do you even go for music?
Do you remember or were you around when Chiodos was the chiodos bros? When they played shows in front of maybe 20-30 people, and not in huge venues?
When most shows were at the Frasier Lions club and the Knights of columbus, and not the myspace cafe.
When Danny Stevens was in Only in Movies, and not in The Audition on MTV.

Ever heard of The Weakend. Or listenend to a local band that DOESN'T scream the whole song?
When the shows seemed cheaper.
When people didn't just sit around the whole time and talked.
I understand not everyone would've been around for all this, and times change.
But the Michigan local scene is basically complete shit now.
I havn't been to a show for over a year. Because of the people.
No one seems to go for music anymore. They go to be seen.
I'm not saying to not go meet new people at shows and hang out, but at least support the fucking music.
