(no subject)
Why hello there!
I will try and keep up with this update, there have been several times in the last little while where I've started updating and then gotten bored and stopped.
i got my wisdom teeth out yesterday. I was only sedated but I might as well have been put under because I remember nothing, although I was more than a little looped when my mom picked me up "Ashley, stop playing with your lip." "But I can't feel it and it's FAT. Heeehehe." Yeah, that's about all I remember. Oh! And the receptionist when asking if I had contacts in and I said no said I had really pretty eyes! She was like "that's your natural eye colour? Lucky!"
So, working backwards through time:
We're putting new floors in! They look really, really nice, but it is more than a little bit annoying when trying to sleep off a demerol induced stupor to hear the nail guns and hammering RIGHT ABOVE MY ROOM GOSH.
I bought my own digital camera! It's super special, 'cause it's MINE ALL MINE. No, actually it's really small which is what I wanted, something I can stick in my pocket, like. I also got a really good deal on a 1GB memory card. (AND IT TAKES VIDEOS!)
My mom and I went to a Hurricanes (local Western Hockey League team) game last sunday. And I must admit I forgot how much I enjoy watching hockey and am definitely looking forward to going next saturday with a friend so I can ogle boys withou feeling awkward. Also, we (my mom and I) went to the Blarney Stone for beer and wings and it wasn't that awkward. But oh mom, if only you knew.
I dropped physics. I was doing not so bad and then, the midterm. Which I failed. Also, it was taking up about 75% of my time and thusly taking away from my other marks. In other news, I got 71% on my second bio midterm! (Why am I excited, because that is really really awesome compared to my first bio midterm, and the second one is worth more!)
I can barely open my mouth, without causing myself pain. Lots of pain. However I'm not doing nearly as bad as I thought I was going to be, so I will actually have to do some homework tomorrow and go to school on monday.
PS: If any of you stumble across a really, really good editorial, pass it on to me (or let me know where you found it). I have to find one to do for my essay on rhetoric.
