b- 1 cup total: blueberries, oatmeal, trail mix. cooked in w r milk and 2 tblsp coconut butter. large coffee. water.

l - eggs and ricotta, garlic, zucchini, broccolini, cooked in a tiny bit of oo and a splash of raw milk

s - green tea, celery, baby toms

d - red leaf lettuce, zucchini, avocado, green peppers, toms, black beans, garbanzos, green beans, spicy sesame oil and balsamic vinegar.

dd - smoothie of frozen berries, wm yogurt, wr milk, floridix
