Sensory diet is for Sensory Integration Disorder, which is common with, but not limited to, individuals with ASD.
Are you doing ABA with Angus? Some people who do ABA do not think sensory integration disorder exists - but I feel very strongly that they are wrong. I know far too many who have this and who improve with it included in their therapy - and it is not that difficult, really. It also helps you understand why your child "stims" or eats only certain foods or rocks or spins.
My friend who has AS and triplets with Autism said that her children changed the most after they started on the sensory diet. Part of it is Wilberberger protocol brushing and joint compressions, but it also can include specific directed activities like swinging or spinning or jumping, huggy vests, weighted blankets... lots of things. I have tons of info on this. It can make a huge difference in how our children feel.

Raud has huge problems with gravitational insecurity and it helps him quite a bit, so that he feels safer just walking.
