"Hey, Edgeworth, I accidentally a coke bottle. Is this bad?"
On top of the missing verb, the fact that Phoenix was saying this from the bathroom didn't help. At all.
"You accidentally what a coke bottle, Wright?" he called back out, still not looking up from the newspaper which he really wasn't interested in, but provided a valid excuse for not caring about whatever the hell Phoenix was doing.
"Maybe you should come see for yourself."
There was a very, very bad feeling in Edgeworth's gut at this. Setting the newspaper down, he grumbled and walked over to the bathroom.
It took a full three minutes of silence before he could even summon a coherent thought at what he saw. He should not have been as surprised as he was, though it was strange. And unpleasant. Digging his cell phone out of his pocket, he irritatedly called 911.
"I told you Wright, that kink of yours would get you into serious trouble one day. I hope you enjoy your castration."
