She had a special bottle in which our savior lived...

My life is boring, I guess, as nothing new has happened as of late.

I'm really mad that everyone has this next week off and that Kim and Kylie are in Mexico! :( Oh well, I'm sure they're having fun.

I haven't necessarily been in a bad mood lately, but I don't understand how a few of my friends care about the things that they do. There's only so much immaturity I can handle, and I thought I had kind of escaped that but obviously not. This isn't directed towards anyone who reads this, by the way. I should probably talk to them in person...

On a completely contrasting note, I hate poetry and I was convinced all my stupid poems were crap. However, everyone in my workshopping group liked them so that made me feel a little better about the whole thing.

But I still hate poetry. As Jordan and I like to say, "Poetry is the fruit of lazy, would-be novelists."

Hold Me Down - Motion City Soundtrack

I found a letter that said:
"I'm sorry that you were asleep when I wrote these words down,"
You'd think I'd ought to be used to that by now.
But save for a few of those late night episodes,
Missed opportunities, and "I Don't Cares,"
There's not a lot that I feel obliged to share or talk about.

I'll have my brother stop by this Saturday to pick up my things,
Just make sure you're not there.
This may sound bad, don't take it the wrong way..
I love you, however, you hold me down
you hold me down
you hold me down
you hold me down.

You're the echoes of my everything,
You're the emptiness the whole world sings at night.
You're the laziness of afternoon,
You're the reason why I burst and why I bloom
You're the leaky sink of sentiment,
You're the failed attempts I never could forget.
You're the metaphors I can't create to comprehend this curse that I call love..
How will I break the news to you?
