As I was leaving for work yesterday morning, I had a close encounter of the avian kind. It could be a North American Kestrel, or a juvenile peregrine. We can look it up.

I already tried looking it up online, but I didn't get a good enough look at the bird to determine what it was.

Ah, but that's what my books are for.
Also, if you guys have mice in the walls, they probably come out from time to time too, which would attract predators
