Welcoming the New Year with style!

Purpose: Watching fireworks
Location: A field
Time: Just after midnight on January 1st
Warnings: Shouldn't have anything too bad
Summary: The train comes to a brief stop near an open field where the passengers are encouraged to get off to watch the fireworks in the night sky.
Upon the abrupt halting of the train, the conductor looked out the window, smiling to herself. They had arrived right on schedule, it seemed. This was the time, she decided, to make an announcement. Picking up the microphone, she spoke after the bell jingled.
"Attention, Valkyrie Express, it appears that we will be stationed near this field for the time being. Fireworks will be seen in the sky, welcoming the new year to the area. If you wish to look at them, exit the train. Feel free to wander about, but beware, that the field is endless...and there is no way to escape, no matter how far you go." Pausing, she mused about whether anyone would try to find a way out. "Enjoy the view and the short break from travel."
