Are your leftovers too healthy? Don't know what to do about that dish that didn't give you a heart attack the first time? Make some short crust, roll it out. Take that dish you have, add some seasoning maybe some extra salt or cheese or both. Put it in the middle of the dough and wrestle with it until it's closed. Add some egg wash to the surface, maybe it will be structural, maybe it won't. Bake the thing for somewhere between 25 and 45 minutes at 425F. Enjoy your stuffed butter. I mean your Cornish Leftovers Pasty.
I made a pasty. I would make another. I don't think I have the portable size thing down, but it's friggin' tasty the roasted fennel and carrots were an excellent choice.
