I moved to Osaka on the 5th and my apartment building has the garbage set up so it's just burnable garbage and non-burnable garbage. However, after living with a host family and seeing some of the stuff they considered paper I'm a little at a loss. Does anyone know what is considered burnable and none-burnable trash in Osaka? As the season changes I find myself thinking that I need a haircut. Does anyone know of any salons in Kyoto or Osaka that either a) reliably cut non-Asian hair decently; b) have English-speaking hairdressers; or c) both of the above?
