Spaying/Neutering city subsidizing?
Hi! I searched back through the tags and found a tiny note about this 4 years ago, but I was hoping for some more advice. Our friend's cat just had kittens and we're adopting one. In a few months they are old enough we would like to get him/her spayed/neutered. I read that some cities subsidize this, but does anyone know anything more? My Japanese is just awful, so I wouldn't even know what department to go to....@_@. I live in Suginami-ku, Tokyo.
