Shuttle from Haneda to Narita?
I'm flying back home in two weeks, taking a plane from Misawa to Tokyo-Haneda, then from Tokyo-Narita to the US. I land in and leave Tokyo the same day, so I was wondering: Is there some kind of special bus/shuttle that goes directly from one airport to the other? How much are the tickets, and where do I buy them (ie, where's the counter in the Haneda airport, especially in relation to baggage claim)? About how much time does it take to get to Narita, and how many times a day does the bus run? I'll be there around noon on a Sunday, if that makes any difference.
If there's an airport shuttle, I would prefer that so, so much more than having to navigate the Tokyo train system. If that fails, I'd seriously rather pay an arm and a leg for a taxi. The trains have always been a nightmare for me in the past, and this time I'll be hauling around my big luggage and a violin. 8(
