Hello. Person who I am sharing the net with will be moving soon and taking the new with them. I was curious to know how Yahoo! BB is as an Internet provider. I'd be paying for it by myself, so something not too expensive would be nice.

Also, do they make you sign a contract for like a year or anything like that? Or can I quit at any time? And is it easy to set up? My Japanese isn't nearly high enough to explain in great detail what I want.
