Ideas anyone?

I've been put in charge of the Canadian table at my kids' school's International Night. (We live in the UK) Does anyone have any quintessentially Canadian food ideas I haven't thought of?

So far I have:

Canadian Wine (Sainsbury's sells Mission Hill wine)
Canadian Beer
Canada Dry Ginger Ale
Salmon
Lobster
Nanaimo Bars
Tortiere
Maple Syrup something

Has to be finger food that can be eaten luke warm or cold
