DAY 9
Today has been an ok day. I've been feeling weird again all day though. Been having these hot flushes. Really sickening.
Food wise, I think i was ok.
Cous cous for lunch.
And a yoghurt for dinner - just eaten it.
and Quinoa chips for a snack.
Altogether around 700 calories.
I also ran 5 miles so I burnt 500 calories.
So net total... 200 calories.
Not to bad.
I will go for a run tomorrow morning, just to get my friday started in a good way. Will need to think of something healthy to cook my babes as a treat. But it need to be low in fat and calories. I am hoping we don't go out to eat this weekend, I really need to focus on eaitng better this weekend.
