I have been having the most incredible time ever here. Dubai is such an AMAZING place to be. I will be back again some day either to visit my cousin again or to teach here for a year or two. The life here is simple and fun. Work has its place but the weekend is still open for fun partying! I have not been disappointed once on this trip. I've been completely impressed though for sure.
Wednesday I spent the day with my nephew, we went for a walk around the lake, then I putsed around the house. Thursday I spent even more tim with the little one. if he was awake, i was with him. Then thursday night my cousin and her husband took me to 2 clubs on the beach. one called Barasti and the other called Nasimi.
Friday we went to the beach where i burnt my back entirely! that night we went out for seafood and watched a lit up fountain show. Saturday we went to the beach again and then to an indian restaurant for dinner and after that went for sheesha.
today (being sunday) I stayed indoors and AWAY from the sun! at night we went to JBR beach and just walked along the street. Tomorrow I will be going to the Duabi mall! im kind of excited about my day alone shopping =D if i get bored, ill just leave but apparently this place is MASSIVE!
everything here is sooo impressive and incredible. If i wasnt so chicken shit of leaving mtl, i think id move here for a couple years.
