10-11(Tues) : Walked mira mesa and back. (6m)
10-12(Weds) : Walked Vons and back. (3m)
10-13(Thurs): Walked mira mesa and back. (6m)
10-14(Fri) - 10-16(Tues) : Rested. (0m)
10-17(Mon) : Walked around the block. (1m)
10-18(Tues) : Walked mira mesa and back. (6m)
Notes: Not much running, trying to build up legs then will return to running if possible. Trying to average ~20miles a week walking for now. Thinking when I pick up running again will reduce it to ~10miles walking and ~4 miles running.
