Oh noes. I've now watched two Harry Potter movies, and I enjoyed them too. :o Not that I ever thought there's anything wrong with them, but I never expected to like them either. I don't usually like all these hyped things like LOTR and whatnot, it's not that I "want to be different" or anything silly like that but that's just how it usually goes. What comes to LOTR, I forced myself to watch the first movie and don't really remember anything about it 'cause it just wasn't interesting to me. I'm sure the books are great or whatever but I'm not really into that whole fantasy genre so I've never bothered to read them. But yes, back to Harry Potter.
It started on Easter. They showed the first HP movie on TV and me and my boyfriend ended up watching it. Both of us have always been so determined to never watching any of the HP movies that we thought it'd be fun to see what it's actually like. And then we both liked it. Hah. So then we both were like "umm.. we need to watch the second movie" - this weekend we did just that. We also now have the third one ready and waiting for the next weekend when the boyfriend will be back from the army again.
But don't get too exited dear Harry Potter fans; I'm still not going to read the books. I am not, nor will I ever be a Harry Potter fan. I just like the movies, mmkay? :D They're highly entertaining, and yes, this comes as a shock for me.
