at work, struggling to stay awake.
On lunch, about to go try my meal. Ended up being 1 cup of cooked White Beans and Soy Beans mixed, 1 strip of kombu (1"x3") 1 sheet nori, 1 cup leeks chopped, 1/4 cup mozzerella, 2 Tblsp wheat germ, some Tofu (half baked half cooked on top of stove as I sliced it two thin, about 1/2 a brick of Very Firm tofu I'd say), and of course the 1/2 cup Spaghetti sauce for dressing. 4 cups of spinach in a ziplock bag to munch on, peanuts, and orange juice as well. Brought jasmine green tea but forgot a mug >.<
Hungry, going to go eat.
