down to 160 lbs at the end of the day! w00t! (I'm using that word more and more again, grr!!!)
Now if I can make sure that I get enough calories everyday I'm doing good. I know I'm getting enough in the way of Nutrients, maybe not "optimal" but definitly more than "adequate" so somewhere between CRAN and CRON.
skipped breakfast as I woke up late
Brought a 1 liter bottle of Orange Juice (not from concentrate) to work with me, along with a can of low sodium dry roasted peanuts (fortified with potasium) for snacks. This turned into snack/makeshift breakfast. The Orange juice lasted me all day, until about 5 minutes ago. At least 150-300 calories from peanuts before lunch, probably, and 100 or so from orange juice before lunch.
Lunch:
The Yam thing I wrote about yesterday and came up with yesterday (about 350 calories), orange juice
Snack : a few more handfulls of peanuts.
Supper:
some tootsie rolls (oops ermm.. probably about 300 calories from that, approx, it's amazing how fast those things add up)
2 3/4 cup of spinach (20 calories)
finished off the orange juice (1 litre of orange juice = 420 approx)
so total for today is about 1,200 or so I'm guessing. I should portion out my peanuts and all, but I'm loosing weight and staying healthy (as near as I can tell) so I must be doing something right, or at least not terribly wrong.
well I cooked 1 cup of dry soybeans and 1 cup of northern beans. Will probably bring some of that with me tomorrow for lunch, along with a cup of chopped leeks, strip of kombu, sheet of nori, half a red pepper, 2 3/4 cups spinach, 2 Tbsp wheat germ, and 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce for a lunch salad. If I had the time I'd cut up some red onions, I should just keep some chopped. Also going to bring a litre of orange juice again and some V8 or prune juice along with green tea, and peanuts and an apple or bannana or two.
If anyone has any comments/suggestions/observatiosn (you're not doing it right, or very goo, or anything) please let me know.
Will probably have a glass of prune juice before going to bed as well, so add 180 to my total for today.
