easter
This year I'm cooking for Easter, which I only found out about yesterday. Mama's sick and has pnemonia so we can't go somewhere else to eat (like a resturant). I'm sick in NEAR pnemonia like perportions, but I guess that doesn't matter as long as SOMEONE'S making Easter Dinner.
I made a double batch of chocolate chip cookies already, and the Easter Ricotta pie is in the oven. Tomorrow I'm making sweet (brown sugar, butter, etc) mashed sweet potatoes, biscuits, corn and a ham.
I'm so sick I have no idea how I'm going to pull all this off, WHILE having to take care of Aiden alone and clean the house for company.
And I thought I was stressed before? That's nothing compared to this, at least the christmas stuff is wrapped and ready. I just need to assemble the basket and hide the eggs tonight after Aiden's asleep.
