I was having a great time today listening to my boys' favorite songs with them on YouTube (No.1's current favorite is Hey, Soul Sister by Train. Great taste he has, I must say. :D For No.2, I played a bunch of Wiggles songs. ;3).
And I came across Kelly Clarkson's new song, Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You). I'd heard the chorus part in a commercial on TV, and was curious about it, so I clicked on it.
Man, she did it again! :'D
I love this original American Idol, she's been singing songs that empower women, especially young girls. And when you want to listen to a song that's powerful and convincing, her voice never disappoints.
It's not that the entire lyrics apply to my current situation (A lot of them actually don't); nevertheless, the song really empowers me. :'D
She was also recently criticized for publicly supporting Ron Paul (a GOP presidential candidate and a homophobe), for which she quickly apologized to the gay community saying she had no idea (which I believe X'3), but I still think she has a dynamite voice and is doing a great job showing how awesome and beautiful feminine curves are!
And look at the awesome video!! Look at all the NORMAL looking people of all races dancing rather poorly, good fashion, bad fashion, doesn't matter at all. I just love it~~~~~!!!! X'DDD

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger
Stand a little taller
Doesn't mean I'm lonely when I'm alone.
What doesn't kill you makes a fighter
Footsteps even lighter
Doesn't mean I'm over cause you're gone
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, stronger
Just me, Myself and I
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger
Stand a little taller
Doesn't mean I'm lonely when I'm alone.
Thank you so much, Kelly♥
