Mixed Martial Arts is a kind term for homo-erotic grappling

So I'm watching a show called UFC Ultimate Fight Night Live on Spike TV. I'm not watching this for the fights, mind you. I'm watching it for the laughs. The first laugh is when you look at the title of the show ("LIVE!") and the logo in the corner ("Spike TV LIVE!"), then notice the message they display when coming back from a commercial (" ( Read more... )

Glad you thought so. But now I can never write in this LJ again because any future entries will seem lackluster in comparison. Is it okay if I steal your password and start writing in your journal? I always wanted to be royalty....

Royalty? Aren't you already? You wouldn't want my password anyway. It's creepy.

Okay, so you took karate, right? What discipline of martial arts teaches you to hug your opponent into submission? My guess is it's something like Praying Mantis Kung Fu, only this fighting style was invented by monks who were obsessed with the Care Bears.
BTW... still need your address so I can send you a card.

I can email you my address, just toss me your email. Mine is reflective_wing@yahoo.com

And I believe hugging martial arts is jiujitsu.

Fighter B should have made sure that pants removal was a legal UFC maneuver before fighting. Clearly it was working, but the ref stopped the match and undid the damage.
Also, now I know why I never felt even the slightest urge to watch UFC.
I would call it "Kinky Fighting Championship" for the pants removal but the initials are already taken.

Hey, like I said before, I'm not watching UFC for the fights. I'm watching it for the hilarity of the chaos. It's much funnier to watch in person than it is to read a play-by-play like mine. Of course, with the transcript you don't get the same urge to gouge your eyes out....
