Since he'd been preoccupying himself, the strange man in his not!home is disturbing. Refraining from jumping he calmly closes his notebook and gives the guy a flat-out lie]

[Sophie is also at the library, and she recognizes the same frustration she often has with the book selection in Ciel. The more nosy aspect of her nature takes over as she approaches the boy.]

[ Taking a break from the manual he was looking over, Ciel looks toward Sophie and is certain they haven't met before. There are so many people trapped here, at least she doesn't appear to be a drone..]

This is the first time I've come here myself, and yes I was hoping to find something that may be of use. These volumes have all been carefully selected I'm afraid...

[Scully had been in the library since her arrival, figuring it would make for a better starting point when it comes to investigating the town.

Unfortunately her search was hardly any efficient and the growing sound had her concerned as well. She looks over at Ciel and starts up a conversation--]

Guessing the libray isn't working out for you either?

Are you new to Mayfield? [He guessed, seeing how anyone who had been here for any great duration must have eliminated inspecting the library already]

That's precisely why I'm here as well. [He had been here for a few months already, and had acquired some information, but t simply wasn't enough to make progress] At least, it's one place we can eliminate from our respective investigations.

What were you trying to find more insight on? I haven't been here much longer than you-- however I may have heard something.

[This was only the 4th of 5th row of books Ciel had been examining. He'd lost count, not that it mattered. They were all primarily useless tomes. When Yuki bumped into him he dropped the book currently in his hand. It was some sort of sewing book.]

[Ciel involuntarily drew back when she asked such a question wondering whatever had prompted it. Spying the book in her hand his cheeks turned a slight tinge of color. He took the book back from her and hastily placed it back on the shelf]

No-- I'm not.

[Deep breath]

I'm supposed to deliver a message to you. [Might as well tell her now] Your brother stopped by and he wanted me to tell you "Hello". [He thnks nothing of it and looks back towards his notebook]

[Her reaction certainly is peculiar considering the subject. This was beginning to look more serious than a simple family squabble or disagreement.]

Your brother. At least that's who he claimed to be-- there is quite a resemblance between the two of you.
