Laptop problems
For the last few days, I thought I was having problems with my WiFi router at home, but I'm now pretty well convinced that the problem is with the laptop. It looks like it won't route through a gateway regardless of connection medium (having now tried wireless and wired at home, and now wireless and PDAnet here). It acquires a network address just fine, and will talk to a machine on the same network segment (or maybe even subnet, hard to tell at home) but won't go out any farther. Sigh.
