I rewatched a Curb Your Enthusiasm episode recently where Jeff is telling Larry a story and at one point they say in unison, as sort of conversational commentary/punctuation, "kain ein horah" (according to the sub-titles). Google only turns up one hit which uses the same phrase in a joke but also doesn't explain it, and I can't figure out from the combination of the two contexts what it means. But I'm betting there are some people on my friends list who speak the language and can help me out :-)
