[ CHARACTER INFORMATION ]

Name: Blue
Age: Seventeen
Gender: Female
Fandom: Pokémon Special
Timeline: Post-Emerald.
History: Green is a boy, and this girl isn't named Leaf either.

Character Personality:
Blue, as described by both Green and Professor Oak is that she's "pesky and the most cunning". Due to the fact that she was kidnapped by The Mask of Ice when she was very young, she was unable to live the normal life that she wanted to live like most children of her age.

In the first chapter, Blue is a thief who almost never gets caught. Even though people surely have found out that it was Blue who has stolen their objects - like Red's two badges and Team Rocket's data on Mew - she has never been caught by anybody to return the said items that she has stolen. Even though she pretends to return the items, instead of returning the real deal, she instead gives her foes a "fake" of some kind.

Unlike Red, who, in the beginning of the first chapter, rushes things through during battles just to capture a Pokémon or Green, who wanted to defeat a Pokémon even though it was already weak, Blue always thinks things through during battle, attempting to use her brain to defeat the opponent. Because Blu was the sly one of the group, she had always kept her Pokémon in their first form, not evolving any of them in order to trick her opponents, lulling them into a state of false security.

Another thing about Blue that Red and Green have never done throughout their journey is use any of their Pokémon's attacks differently than their use in battle. An example of this is using Blastoise's hydro pump in order to fly around. Of course, Yellow was able to use a similar strategy with Red's Pikachu and the move, "Substitute" - due to the fact that Blue was the one who sent Yellow on her journey - which allowed Pikachu to learn "Surf", but of course, Red himself was not able to think of such an idea.

Before Red got his Bulbasaur, Blue stole Squirtle, Kanto's water-type starter. Her reasoning behind stealing the little Pokémon was revealed at the end of RGB, that being jealously. She was jealous that she, also being a child of Pallet didn't receive a Pokémon or a Pokédex from the famous Professor Oak. It is also possible that she was jealous because the children who had the starter Pokémon were all male.

At the end of the first chapter, during the Pokémon League, the readers find out something that is quite important about Blue: she has a phobia. A fear of birds. Professor Oak figured this out due to a picture that was taken of her getting kidnapped by Ho-Oh when she was very young. Because of this traumatic experience, she became scared of any bird that came her way, which is also the reason why she lost against Professor Oak in the League's semi-finals in the first place.

However, even though Blue did lie, cheat, and steal, Professor Oak eventually does end up giving Blue her own Pokédex for telling the truth about why she stole the Squirtle in the first place. Since the Squirtle, Professor Oak decides to forgive Blue - of course, under the condition that Blue would never attempt to do anything of the sort ever again in her life. Blue, of course, agreed that she would never do anything that was considered "bad" for anybody and to stay on the right path.

Blue is actually a pretty intelligent young lady when it comes to Pokémon and their forms. She happens to be an expert in the evolutionary stages, as well as the know-how to evolve every single Pokémon in each region. Thus, the reason why Blue is the Pokédex user known as the "evolver".

In the second chapter, Blue happens to be the only one who figured out about Red's problem with the Elite Four (the Shintennou). This is most likely because Blue is considered as the "informant", and can gain information about things quite quickly. Because of this ability, she decided to choose Yellow for the job. Blue already knew about Yellow's power of being able to communicate with Pokémon through telepathy, being a special child of the Viridian Forest, but she also knew about Yellow's meeting with Red. This obviously shows that it's almost impossible to hide anything from Blue, because she will know Even if it's not immediately, she will eventually figure it out.

During the entirety of the second chapter, Blue is considered as Yellow's "sidekick' behind the scenes, even though she was the whole mastermind for the "Save Red from the Elite Four" plan. Blue doesn't believe in charging into enemy territory immediately, which shows how she uses strategy in all of the plans, especially when it comes to an important mission such as saving Red. Another reason why she chose Yellow for this journey during the second chapter was also because Red's Pikachu, who had escaped the clutches of the Elite Four, was needed. The information that Red's Pikachu had was vital to the mission, since it not only showed what had occurred to Red, but what the Elite Four's true intentions to letting Red battle Bruno in the first place. Blue also believed that the Elite Four were plotting on releasing Ho-Oh from its sleep as well.

Also, when everybody with the exception of Red figured out Yellow's gender, Blue decided to tell everyone not to tell Red. The reasoning behind this was because it actually amused her more than anything, and she wanted to know how long it would take for him to figure it out and what the expression on his face would be when he found out. Of course, Red doesn't figure it out until near the end of the third chapter.

During most of the third chapter, Blue was off to Johto in order to conquer her fear of birds as well as help Silver figure out his roots, since Silver was also captured by the Mask of Ice. This is because Blue knew Silver really well, since they were children, and she considered Silver as her "little brother".

Soon enough, Blue was able to face her fear as well as capture the three legendary birds, Zapdos, Articuno, and Moltres. However, there was a slight blip in the plans as she soon found out from Silver that the Mask of Ice was taking over Team Rocket and using them in order to get Lugia and Ho-Oh in order to use Celebi to go back in time.

Blue, of course, did want to get revenge on the Mask of Ice because of what he did to the people of Kanto and Johto, especially since a lot of children were kidnapped in order to work under the Mask of Ice to fulfill his dream.

She soon then decided to find the place where Celebi was to be awakened in order to stop the Mask of Ice herself, since she obviously knew that it was almost impossible for Silver to do the task on his own. She found out, however, that there were people who were just like her, kidnapped by the Mask of Ice, but actually wished to join him to fulfill his dream.

It is during this arc that the readers find out that Blue absolutely despises anybody who's a pervert. Even though she doesn't hate Gold completely like she hates the Mask of Ice, she still thinks it's not only disgusting but wrong for boy like Gold to attempt hitting on an older Pokédex user (senior in the English version, usually called -senpai). Especailly since Gold did touch Blue's butt inappropiately and she was really embarrassed by that simple fact.

After the third chapter, Blue does not appear again until the fifth chapter, where she has grown a lot since the beginning of the series and has a new character design due to the release of the new Pokémon game. Blue's hat, and new clothes, in fact, were made by Silver himself, and were sent to her.

In the beginning of the fifth chapter, Blue is as cunning as ever, using the Fame Checker to record the voices of the Team Rocket members who had come and kidnapped Professor Oak. Of course, though, she has changed a lot as well. She is no longer a thief and has not done anything to con people out of their money since the first chapter.

The reason why Blue was feeling really happy while going to the Sevii Islands was because she was finally going to meet her parents for the first time in many years. However, due to the Deoxys attack, her parents are then kidnapped by Team Rocket in front of her eyes while she couldn't do anything about it. This shocked her a lot as well as almost scared her to death. Since Deoxys was also choking her, she was almost on the verge of death, but didn't die thanks to Red's Poliwrath saving her.

During the fifth chapter, Blue is knocked unconscious, being unable to do anything about Deoxys and Team Rocket. However, once she wakes up, she decides to join the fight, hating to be on the sidelines, and learn the ultimate water-type move for her Blastoise, Hydro Cannon.

When Red becomes depressed due to the fact that he believes that Professor Oak took away their Pokédexes because the Professor thought that they were not deemed worthy - after all, not one person cared about any of them without their Pokédexes , Blue decides to comfort him and tell the truth about why professor Oak took away the Pokédexes. And that reason was not for what Red believed it was, but instead, it was in order to upgrade them.

Blue may have matured over the years, but she is still the same cunning, sly girl that she was before. With a few minor changes, of course. In almost every chapter, Green has managed to call Blue a "pesky girl who needs to stay quiet," though Blue is actually very good at keeping secrets.

A/N: Even though Pokémon Special is counted by "chapters", which is actually arcs, they are as so:

First Chapter - Red/Green/Blue
Second Chapter - Yellow
Third Chapter - Gold/Silver/Crystal
Fourth Chapter - Ruby/Sapphire (not mentioned)
Fifth Chapter - Fire Red/Leaf Green

Character Abilities:
Blue, being a pretty ordinary seventeen year old girl in the Pokémon world has no special abilities at all whatsoever. However, since she's a scam artist, she has skills that most people don't have. She can masquerade herself as anybody she wants to, which includes
copying their voices as well.

She also has top ace acting skills, which does help her in the long run. Apparently, Blue is also very athletic, as well as very intelligent, which brings her a long way.

Character Weaknesses:
Blue is a pretty normal seventeen year old girl, so when she's down, she's down. However, if she isn't knocked out, she will get right back up like thestubborn girl she is, and will never give up until her goals are realized. This has happened during the second chapter, when Blue teamed up with Sabrina, she was knocked out cold, but used the information
that Sabrina didn't have to achieve her goal.

For the first three chapters, Blue had a traumatizing experience with Ho-Oh - getting kidnapped by the bird Pokémon in the first place. Of course, she does end up facing and overcoming her fear of birds. However, when it comes to friends and family, when they are kidnapped or needed, she will stop thinking straight and immediately rush in to save someone she cares about, like what happened to her parents in the fifth chapter.

You do not mess with her, her friends, and her family. Even though she has never gotten into a fit of rage, she does get angry at people she doesn't like very much, especially if they're doing the wrong thing. She especially doesn't like kidnapping, due to the fact that Blue got kidnapped herself Blue also knows that other people worry about her, so she tells them not to worry - but in the long run, she ends up getting into trouble.

[ MEISTER ONLY SECTION ]

Why your character should be a Meister: Blue, being a Pokémon trainer is already set to be a Meister. Sure, she isn't like Red, the "Fighter" or Green, the "Trainer", but Blue is the smartest out of the Pokédex Holders, which allows her to think about battle strategies and wield Weapons.

Meister Ability:
Soul Steal - They are able to mimic their enemy's abilities for a short amount of time. When resonating with a Weapon, the time is extended.
Conditions for Soul Stealing:
1. They can only mimic the ability of meisters at their current level. Witch abilities will be open to them only if they become a
three-star meister.
2. They need to witness a demonstration of the ability from start to finish, or have it used on them (provided that they survive).
3. They may only use the ability once (more than once if with a weapon, depending on level of resonance).
4. They do not retain the ability. If they need to use it a second time, they will need to fulfill the second condition again.
5. They can 'store' a copied meister ability for up to 24 hours, after which they need to either use it or it will be forfeited.
