Annabelle's Amoncio has Stargate DVDs!

But he could only find 1. So my current dilemma: deliberations on whether to watch Stargate SG-1 Season 8 DVD now or to wait out the many, many more weeks of downloading seasons 3, 4, 5, 6, AND 7.

I can't see the wisdom in waiting at this juncture. I can't deny that I forget far too many details far too fast. I feel like I'd be ready to re-experience Season 8 by the end of Season 4 if I decide to watch the DVD now and return to the regular chronology of Stargate Seasons afterward.

The only real threat to my viewing are the big spoilers that are wont to happen at Seasons as far along as this one. Aside from character deaths, I'm sure there's going to be at least one episode concepted around the whole flashback idea-- the refresher episode. Now those things can't not use clips from highlight-worthy scenes of Seasons past. These are the landmines I'm trying to avoid because they would probably be the big spoilers that etch their selves into my head thereby ruining the whole of 5 Seasons I haven't watched yet.

Of course, I could just skip that episode.

Besides, my need for entertainment now far outweighs my capacity for waiting. So, no, there is nothing to be gained by waiting, except the occasional furious scratch marks on the arms when there's absolutely nothing left to watch/read/do.

Shette. I should not be weighing my Stargate choices right now. I should be attempting a re-telling of a myth, legend or folklore. Either that or I dream a decent dream, wake up immediately after and write down the story while I still have a fresh memory of it.

Maybe later. For right now, I'll just go Kansas and emo for a little bit. Hahaha
