Basically, it describes how Icelanders told the foreign financial community to eat their shorts. And then wrote up a new constitution. Good for them.

Carl will not be running for the New Jersey State Senate after all. Awwwww! It is nice to see that Carl took the high road and did not blame Ben Johnson (who, AFAIK, will not be running for any political offices, although I bet he could kick Mayor Lardass's - I mean, Rob Ford - lard ass at any distance on the track).
