While outlining Property in the law library (an excellent way to spend Spring Break, I might add), I came across this sentence in my property book: "Felonious killing, like joint tenancy, often occurs between parties who are married or related". I'm pretty sure that's the only comparison I've ever seen between a legal definition of a type of concurrent interest in real property and, y'know, murder. Whatever.
