Strange meme from Green:

Red scarves. I have a few, red looks close enough to black in the darkness, but shows up dramatically in the light. I'll admit there's a theatrical aspect to what I wear, because it's important to make a lasting impression in the criminal mind. Red is also a color for luck across much of Asia, where I studied extensively.

I'm not sure exactly what fashion you'd be needed, yet, but we're trying to take on an extensive empire of crime in a world that isn't either of ours, and there's only two of us. Usually I have a network of agents to rely on, even if all that's needed is a distraction at some crucial moment.
