Stuff & Nonsense
3:36 PM 5/20/09 · Defragging my computer again. Took about 2 weeks last time, with obvious interruptions for whenever I'm using it, but once that was done it got back to normal. Usually a couple hours and it's fine but with the editing of files and skins for Unreal Tournament it takes much longer sometimes. This time around I've been at it for about a week and a ½.
For no particular reason, this past Tuesday I felt compelled to text people something nice. Not mass texted, individual messages for each person. Didn't do them all but I covered most of them. Off the top of my head I think I just did

For some reason anytime I text either
Daphny &
Raven they complain I'm spamming I'm them. Not even talking the mass texting I do so often. Not sure we're using the same dictionary.
A few weeks back my phone received a general update and ever since I've had internet access on it. Don't really use it because the screen is too small and the controls blow. I did get a few new ringers from Credo Mobile, s'what my phone is, and now my phone actually starts saying a whole range of "Hello?" as though the person on the other end thinks I'm screening my calls and wants to make sure I know it's them. Got a couple other things but I really want is to find a good site that has free ringers for me to use. Not ringtones, don't need music on the phone. I want sound effects I can use.
Like this thing on my computer, a WAV file, that sounds like a squirrel on helium that's giggling insanely and farting. I think that would be great to have as the sound my phone makes when it's ringing!
Last week I sent out a general mass text to a number of people that said "When I'm feeling better I'm going to take you hard, fast, raw, and wrong..." which had a predictable followup. See the "..." means there's more to come and I had a "...out for ice cream!" ready for any who responded to it. That was kinda the gag, making people think I was going with something other than what it might seem like I was suggesting. Anyway, lots of fun responses from that but only one person took it seriously and now I have to take
Lloyd out for ice cream. Not that I mind, kinda guy I am I love me some ice cream, but the circumstances are kinda wonky.
