X3: bad timing all around

6:25 AM 5/9/06 · Much as I'm looking forward to this film it's really not making it easy on me. The film comes out on the 26th of this month but from the 25th to the 30th I'll be at BayCon. Know a couple friends that are also going that are determined to see it before spending much time at the convention because, c'mon really, who wants to spend a weekend at a geekfest where they'll be getting spoilers galore about the new X·Men movie?
Problem is when I goto this convention it's for the whole weekend. I don't leave for anything short of the building buring down...maybe not even then: I could toast poptarts!
For those that can't wait, FOX is showing a 7 minutes (really, that's it) blurb this Thursday, starting at 8:30pm pacific / 7:30pm central. Should be fun, I've already seen that little sneak peek that's been making the rounds through LJ showing the fight between Wolverine and that Sentinel.
