1.) The usual role of Jae loves Yun but Yun does not love Jae he likes someone else and treats Jae poorly.
He is both mentally and physically abusive one day the abuse was so harsh that it leads to Jae loosing the Yunjae baby in his womb.
Jae has finally had it and divorces Yunho.
Yunho regrets all he's done and vows to win Jaejoong's trust.
Jaejoong refuses Yunho's attempts to win him over Yunho then becomes emo and shoots himself thinking if he can't have his beloved one then there is no point living life without him so he points the gun to his head and shots but he doesn't die.
Instead Yunho wakes up in a hospital room with bandages all over his head. When the bandages come off he is shocked at what he sees.
Yunho then realizes that this could be the perfect way of getting Jae back. With his new face and new identity he will do what ever it takes to win Jaejoong's heart even if it is all just a big fat lie.
Yep Yunho has a new face and he uses it to get Jaejoong back in his life.

2.) Jaejoong refuses to listen to his friends and family when they all tell him that Jung Yunho is bad for him. He is only looking for one thing and one thing only. Once Jae gives Yunho his virginity Yunho dumps him. Jaejoong is devastated and leaves Korea.
Years go by and Yunho's daughter takes interest at the new exchange student and like father like daughter she vows to get her claws on the very FINE Kim Hyun Joong.
After being rejected by Kim Hyun Joong Yunho's daughter drinks up a storm and drives off totally wasted and gets into a hit an run. She hits the poor passerby with her car and flees without calling for help.
Yunho being the rich and powerful business man that he is keeps his daughter from going to jail he covers up for her. He then tries to cheer her up by making the boy she likes her boyfriend. He will go to any lengths to make the boy hers much to Hyun Joong's protest.
But what would happen when Hyun Joong brings Yunho and his daughter over for dinner to meet his umma the same person Yunho's daughter ran over with her car staring at them bound to a wheelchair.
"Let me introduce you to my umma. Kim Jaejoong."
