I did my job too well. The big stink I made about the long hours and lack of respect and whatever else I ranted about for a good 30 minutes straight did it's work. My boss acknowledged my hard work and we switched my hours half an hour earlier so we can get more time in the morning to work together. But now the art director is quitting :(
