You are right! You need to have your own life and let your relationship take it's natural course. He will wonder what you are doing with your girlfriends if you don't call him all the time and only tell him "I'm going out with friends. I'll try and talk to you later." and then don't call and let him call you. It might not work at first, but after a couple weeks of him not knowing what you are doing, he will be curious.

Especially if you have friends who know other boys! ;)

Never discount your friends---even after being with Michael for all this time, I have a relationship and kind of fun with my friends that I can't have with him. A man can never replace the loving and fun ear of a friend!

AND even when you are totally and completely alone------ there is a intimate and quiet time where you can think, contemplate your life and worry only about yourself. A man or friends are just companions, not replacements, for any enjoyment you can achieve in your life. Even in marriage, there are times where you feel like you are alone in life (There are the 3 D's. Divorce, death and disease) and this is the time where you will appreciate the love and attention you give to yourself.

If he doesn't show interest in you and your life after you let him loose and have fun with yourself, for a while, then--you should start worrying. But, at least you will know it wasn't YOU, but HIM! ♥
