I just received confirmation from a friend in Belgium that already has X-Men 3. Juggernaut does actually say, "Do you know who I am? I'm the Juggernaut bitch!"
That line alone could redeem any impropriety on Ratner's part. Of course, they turned the Juggernaut into s British mutant, but those are just details.
