No Sympathy from Me, Livejournal
So LJ's having DDoS attacks again. Which, to me, means that I (and yes, it is all about me) shouldn't be able to get onto to LJ. At all. But I can. And I can get all around all over it. Quite easily, too.
The only thing I can't do is crosspost to LJ from Dreamwidth. Hmmm.
That's too selective of a denial of service for me to feel badly for LJ, no matter that it's having government trouble. And it's not like it's the only entity that's ever been censored. LJ's playing with the big boys now, but they still don't get my pity and I still suspect of plenty of monopoly-building dirty pool on its part. Which won't matter to LJ as I'm sure plenty of other people do feel badly for it.
