Funky Fresh
Tonight is Glam Dynasty night; party like it's glitzy 1975. It's being held at a swanky loft building, on the rooftop. The guy hosting it for my friend is an up and coming fashion designer. Who else would be able to afford a $1500 a month studio? Yeah, not even a full apartment, just a studio. That's intense. They are amazingly gorgeous, duh, but wowzer, that's a lot for a studio. It's still going to be off the charts awesome. Lots of designers of all sorts of art forms- clothing, print and music a la Los Angeles Modè.
The dress came in and it fits a tad tight. I should've known by looking at the model that she is a small frame thin girl and it probably wasn't going to look like that on me LOL I am after all full figured and have these things called hips... oh, and an ass. It's actually REALLY flattering. I have been trying to eat cleaner, but mostly just stuff myself with water to pee out any excess liquid lol Water retention! So been drinking about 75 ounces of pure water a day, not including drinks like tea or diet dr. pepper cherry - that stuff is like crack. YUM.
I also realized that a nice warm cup of tea warns off hunger. It's after 1pm and I'm not starving anymore.
I wish it were time to go home. I have stuff I need to do.
Friday is always nice though, because 3/4 of the inner office is gone.
